To continue our 10 Frame practice, I constructed a 10 frame attic full of bats to put in a house! The kids helped me build the house using Popsicle sticks (for a little STEM play) and then I placed the 10 frame I made out of Popsicle sticks in the top part of the house.
I did hot glue the Popsicle sticks together but will pull apart when we are done with it to reuse the Popsicle sticks! We used small pipe cleaners to form mini bats and we practiced putting our bats in the 10 frame! With all this 10 frame practice my son is getting so great at math problems!!!
