Now that spring has sprung it’s a perfect time to get away from our “Stay at Home” orders and get the family outside!
I gave the boys each a bucket and we headed outside to explore our surroundings. Walking along the sidewalks, paths and in our yard the boys found all sorts of items that were of interest to them. After our walk was done the boys came inside (and washed their hands of course!) and started comparing what they found.
After they unpacked their findings, I cut the top off a couple of cereal boxes (you could really use any type of box) which gave the boys a work space to create. Once we opened up the paint and glue it was time for their imagination to take over! Ollie (3) just liked to paint and glue whereas Max (5) took things a few steps further and made a very cool house!
