Let’s cram as many concepts into one activity as possible HA! I made this super quick last night for my kids to do this morning! I love this activity because both patterns and symmetry coincide with each other as they help children to organize their world conceptually or in their minds. We see patterns and symmetry in everyday life…just look around!
I drew the leaves and made the pattern on one side of the veins and my kiddos made the other side symmetrical while learning about patterns!
